MuralSources.com does not accept returns on any mural or art print order. Why? Each mural is made to order, and due to variations that occur based on when the rolls are produced, we are unable to accept returns. Exchanges are possible on a case by case basis. Please call us with any concerns.


Damaged/Defective Items


It is the customer's responsibility to review orders upon arrival.


If an item is damaged or is incorrectly shipped, or has markings or irregularities on the image surface, please contact Customer Support immediately, and send photos to info@muralsources.com, and we will review and respond accordingly.
Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for credit or exchange.


Exchanges and refunds for store credit are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be exchanged.


Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.




Credit For Samples

We do offer credits for up to 5 samples toward the purchase of a mural. The credit allowance requirement is as follows:

• Orders over $750, 1 sample credit

• Orders over $1000, 2 sample credits

• Orders over $1250, 3 sample credits

• Orders over $1500, 4 sample credits

• Orders over $1750, 5 sample credits
